Safety

All our tour directors and managers are certified in CPR and First Aid, and are well aware of where the best hospitals and children's ERs are located. All tour directors and managers are also required to submit a clean criminal background in order to work with us. In addition to traveling by private coach bus through Puerto Rico, we hire an additional guide who follows the us by car in order to have an emergency 24/7 vehicle with us at all times. We also have a minimum of 2 full-time guides for groups of 25 or more. We educate our young travelers on how to travel safely through Puerto Rico. Additionally, our travelers sign a discipline waiver form as part of their registration process.

Vamonos is a certified member of the Student Youth Travel Association (STA), the authority on student and youth travel. We are also certified members of the National Tour Association (NTA). The National Tour Association is a trade organization of thousands of tourism professionals from around the world involved in the growth and development of the packaged travel industry.
Finally, we are also members of the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau (PRCB), a non-profit organization that markets Puerto Rico as a meeting and convention destination. The PRCB`s membership is dedicated to providing all the necessary resources to ensure that group visits to the Island run smoothly.
